Printed wallpapers and murals are made to order and are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Natural Wallcoverings and Wood Veneer Wallcoverings are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures and the selected courier service.

Complimentary worldwide standard delivery is available on eligible printed wallpaper and mural orders of £200 or more.

Delivery charges are applied per order and shown at checkout.

UK and Turkiye Orders: Customers will not be required to pay any customs or import charges on delivery. Any such charges arising from fulfilment are covered by JARDE.

International Orders: Orders to other destinations may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Each sample set includes two A4 sheets: one showing the complete design and one detailed, true-scale view.
